There's no believing in God...We either know God, or we don't.

another quote i came across from reading shantaram. pretty much logical and believable. We usually ask which faith you believe in or which god you believe in. But in actual do we really believe it or are made to believe in it without much thinking behind it? God for me exists because there are things around us which we cant find answers to. like how did the big bang come about? they just say it happened. but how? some particle caused it? how did the particle come about? if that particle was god, that means god is in us, we are part of god. it may sound illogical but sounds fair to me. so wats my purpose? well its just thats how religions come about. no offence to your religions and believes. they are there so that the human race does not go around killing eating each other. even if they were created, the person who created had one objective behind it, to unite the people. and see now, the human race has prospered so much. if not for these, we would still be living in jungles, killing each other.
